KPS Life is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) Curricula & Compliance to work with one of our Sponsor partners.  This role is responsible for ensuring the design, implementation, and maintenance of GxP-compliant training curricula across Global Development. The role collaborates with Training Business Partners, managers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assess training compliance needs and develop strategies to meet those needs through system solutions that adhere to GxP requirements. Additionally, the manager will utilize data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and lead initiatives to enhance overall compliance. 

The level of the role can be Manager or Senior Manager and will be determined by education and level of experience. 

*This position can be remote based, preferably on the East Coast, USA for potential quarterly travel to East Coast Headquarters

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Alignment & Compliance Oversight 
  • Support the development of Learning Management System (LMS) data structures to facilitate GxP-compliant global training, ensuring the training system is audit and inspection-ready at all times. 
  • Partner with L&D team members to drive compliance improvements at both global and local levels. 

Stakeholder Engagement & Consultation 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Training Business Partners and Regional Trainers, providing guidance on country-specific GxP training curricula needs. 
  • Collaborate with internal customer groups to ensure compliance with training requirements and documentation, including the collection of Job Descriptions (JDs) and Curriculum Vitae (CVs). 

Curriculum Development & Maintenance 
  • Work with stakeholders and the broader L&D team to establish and maintain role-based curricula and user group assignments. 
  • Support activities to review and enhance curricula compliance by function and country, utilizing system reports to inform curricula and user group modifications. 

Continuous Improvement & Documentation 
  • Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement projects related to quality and compliance to ensure training aligns with project outcomes. 
  • Oversee the design of Quick Reference Guides and other documentation, tools, and forms to aid in the efficient navigation of L&D and training processes. 
  • Support L&D leadership in implementing plans to improve compliance across supported stakeholder groups globally. 

Measurement & Reporting 
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management of the LMS and outline necessary corrections and improvements to processes. 
  • Track trends and monitor training compliance; prepare routine progress reports on job-specific training programs for Training Business Partners and Regional Trainers. 

Training Delivery 
  • Occasionally conduct training or learning sessions and facilitate 'office-hour' sessions related to quality/compliance learning. 
 
Ideal Qualifications 

Education & Experience 
  • Bachelor's degree required. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries with an understanding of GxP guidelines as they relate to training. 
  • Ideally 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with an agency or group providing services to the pharmaceutical/medical device industry. 

Skills & Competencies 
  • General knowledge of GxP guidelines. 
  • High proficiency in working with a Learning Management System (ComplianceWire preferred).
