New Classrooms is a national non-profit organization focused on reimagining math education for all students. We are a fully remote team of educators, technologists, and advocates committed to the idea that all students deserve an educational pathway that meets them where they are and gets them to where they need to be. We partner with schools, districts, and states to support the implementation of our personalized, competency-based math solution, Teach to One Roadmaps, while also advocating for shifts across the K-12 landscape to create the conditions for more student-centered learning.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Program Success team partners with schools and districts to help educators unlock the full potential of every learner. Through thoughtful use of technology, data, and personalized support, we help teachers and leaders use insights to guide instruction, deepen engagement, and promote equitable learning opportunities. As the Manager of Implementation Success, you will help educators use data to drive meaningful outcomes for students.

This is a full-time, remote role. Candidates must reside in the Greater Miami Area and will regularly travel to and support key accounts and partner schools.

WHAT THIS ROLE DOES

Data & Reporting
  • Prepare and share data reports and visual presentations that highlight engagement, usage, and impact across schools, districts, and support team members in their work with partners
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for educators and leaders.
  • Collaborate with internal data and product teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting.
  • Maintain templates, dashboards, and processes that make data reporting efficient and meaningful for the Program Success team.

Partner Communication & Implementation Support
  • Serve as a trusted partner to schools and districts — helping them understand their data and strengthen implementation strategies.
  • Participate in partner meetings, data reviews, and check-ins to share insights and gather feedback.
  • Support program onboarding and rollout for new partners, ensuring smooth adoption by teachers and administrators.
  • Elevate stories and examples of strong implementation to share with the broader team and partner network.

Direct School Support & Customer Operations
  • Provide hands-on support to key accounts, including schools and districts in the Miami region.
  • Partner with educators and leaders to ensure seamless program operations — from rostering and setup to ongoing technical and instructional support.
  • Conduct school visits, classroom co-observations, and coaching sessions in collaboration with instructional and professional learning teams to strengthen implementation quality and educator capacity.
  • Gather on-the-ground feedback to inform continuous improvement of our tools, supports, and data reporting.
  • Serve as a bridge between partners and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, surface needs, and ensure a high-quality user experience.

Project Management & Collaboration
  • Lead and coordinate special projects that advance the Program Success team’s goals — such as new reporting tools, data storytelling initiatives, or process improvements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across teams (Insights & Analytics, Education Solutions, Product) to ensure a cohesive and high-quality partner experience.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables, keeping communication clear and progress steady.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 4+ years of experience in K–12 education, edtech, or a related field.
  • Experience working in schools — ideally as a teacher, instructional coach, or school/district support role.
  • Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data in ways that are accessible and relevant to educators.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail; comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
  • Clear and engaging communicator who can build and maintain relationships with diverse partners.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets (Excel & Sheets), and presentation tools; experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio) is a plus.
  • Deep commitment to equity, access, and supporting educators in improving student outcomes with a focus on growth for every learner.
  • Experience in a partner-facing implementation, customer success, or data coaching role.
  • Comfort facilitating data conversations with teachers or administrators.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Access to reliable transportation for travel to schools.

ROLE CLASSIFICATION AND BENEFITS
This role is remote, full-time, and includes benefits such as rich medical, dental, and vision insurance, 41 paid days off per year (prorated for the period in which you work), paid parental leave, a professional development budget and a quarterly cell phone subsidy.

The hiring salary range for this role is $63,000 - $66,000 and will be commensurate with experience. 

New Classrooms is a fully remote organization. All employees work from home, and occasionally travel for in-person get-togethers and off-sites.
