Manager, Partnerships and Proposals Full Description

Scholastic is hiring a Manager, Partnerships and Proposals to develop compelling sponsorship proposals and manage client relationships for assigned partnership programs, from onboarding through renewal.

Responsibilities

Leads the creation of high-impact, customized sponsorship proposals for prospective and renewing clients
Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned sponsor accounts and builds trusted client relationships
Manages assigned sponsorship programs from signed contract through renewal, coordinating internal teams
Compiles and presents program performance reports and uses insights to inform renewal and upsell strategy
Partners with Strategic Partnerships leadership on retention plans for assigned accounts

Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in a client-facing, marketing, or partnership role, ideally in media, publishing, education, or sponsorship
Demonstrated track record of proposal writing, program marketing, or sales enablement
Experience managing client accounts or sponsor programs through a full cycle
Strong written and verbal communication skills
