The Manager, Product Management, leads a team of Product Managers that are responsible for the delivery of Shared Platform capabilities on the Relias platform. The Manager, Product Management is a collaborative cross-functional leader who helps their team be the glue that connects broader customer and market needs to the tactical development and launch of innovative new capabilities that address them. They take the initiative and are an influential leader who builds consensus and promotes a shared vision for the Relias platform to drive business growth.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
· Leading the delivery of new products from requirements to commercial offering including pilot and initial launch
· Developing and executing product delivery plan for all Shared Platform capabilities
· Providing regular communication and alignment with stakeholders across the business to ensure that the product engineering team delivers against business needs and setting the expectation for the delivery of new functionality
· Reporting to VP of Product Management to aid in creating a unified roadmap and launch plan
· Commercializing and launching new products by partnering with Marketing, Support, Customer Success, and Sales
· Leading and managing a team of product managers. Including setting goals, managing project flow, leading team meetings, and having weekly 1:1s.
· Leading your team to ensure delivery of the best solution in the time available, delivering incremental functionality and ensuring client feedback loops that influence the product
· Establishing process improvements and best practices among the product delivery team.
· Leading your team to set measurable KPIs for every capability under development, and to regularly measure and report out on product success and feature adoption
· Other duties as assigned.
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
· Proven ability to deliver solutions to business problems, assess risks and data to inform prioritization.
· Expert experience with agile development process, user experience, and customer discovery
· Expert experience with feature and business planning and go-to-market of new products
· Strong analytical skills and business acumen
· Understanding of contemporary technologies and their applicability to solve healthcare business problems
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid presentation skills, and proven ability to run effective meetings
· Comfortable interacting at all levels of an organization and presenting to executive leadership
· Very strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve results through influence
· Solid understanding and proven experience working in a dynamic development environment
· 7+ years of experience in product management in SaaS and/or healthcare industry
· Prior experience leading a team (indirectly or directly)
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAVE:
· Demonstrated experience creating alignment with broader enterprise leaders and teams including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Data, UX, AI, and Engineering teams.
· Degree in computer science, technical discipline, or healthcare specialty preferr

Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 40 days/quarter.
