Join us in our journey of measuring progress to power human progress worldwide.

We’re looking for a Product Manager with a startup mentality to manage our test prep product portfolio. You’ll own the full product lifecycle — from driving go-to-market strategies and managing product delivery, to merchandising on our e-commerce site and maintaining partner relationships.

This role will work closely with our product development team (including AI initiatives) and with external test prep partners to bring new offerings to market and keep existing ones growing. This is not a “features-only” product management role. This role is highly cross-functional — part strategist, part project manager, part product manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

New Product Launches
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and success metrics for new test prep products.
  • Oversee project management of end-to-end product launches, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Partner with the AI product development team for AI-driven test prep products.

Product Management & Delivery
  • Write requirements and tickets for new technical solutions and integrations.
  • Manage product delivery through existing technical systems and multiple delivery channels.
  • Merchandize products effectively on our e-commerce site to maximize discoverability and conversion.

Partner & Contract Management
  • Manage relationships with test prep partners, including ongoing communications and performance reviews.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with test prep partners.
  • Identify and onboard new strategic partners to strengthen our product ecosystem.

Ongoing Product Growth
  • Monitor product performance, analyze results, and propose improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance user experience and product-market fit.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, engineering, and sales to ensure successful product positioning and growth.

Experience and Skills
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Excellent project management and communication skills - able to keep complex launches on track while keeping stakeholders aligned.
  • Product management experience including writing tickets, evaluating technical options, and speaking the language of developers.
  • Startup mentality: comfortable wearing multiple hats, filling gaps, and doing hands-on work across strategy, delivery, and launch.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications — you can spot use cases and communicate requirements to AI Engineers.
  • Bonus: experience launching products in the B2C education space.
