Job Summary
The Goff Strategic Leadership Institute seeks a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as the Marketing Manager. This role is central to the Goff Institute’s mission of developing the next generation of strategic leaders. The ideal candidate will lead marketing and communications execution while supporting student programs and engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities | Marketing & Communications
· Lead execution of Goff’s comprehensive marketing and communications strategy across digital, print, and event platforms
· Oversee content creation, editing, and design for newsletters, social media, website, print, and video
· Manage marketing calendar and campaigns for flagship programs such as Explorers, Pathfinders, Trailblazers and Scholars – and new programs such as Rising Business Leaders and the Eccles Experience pilot
· Develop and lead a strategy for tracking and analyzing marketing performance across channels; use analytics to guide ongoing strategy
· Support media relations and public relations efforts in collaboration with university partners to increase visibility and recognition of the Goff Institute’s impact
Program Support & Execution
· Assist with development and delivery of student-facing events, workshops, and programs
Team & Student Supervision
· Supervise and mentor part-time student staff
· Train and support student TAs assigned to key initiatives such as the Explorers Internship Program
Explorers Internship Program Support
· Assist with internship scoping and employer matching
· Coordinate program logistics and student communications
Administrative & Strategic Contributions
· Collaborate on cross-functional projects with the Goff team
· Contribute to the refinement and scaling of Institute-level goals around life-long engagement, brand visibility, and program excellence

Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus two years of related experience or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience). Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills also required.
