We’re hiring a Manager, Reporting & Insights to join our Corporate Markets team. In this role, you’ll create and improve reporting tools that help teams and clients understand performance, track progress, and make informed decisions. You’ll collaborate with account managers to deliver clear, accurate reports and dashboards. You’ll also lead efforts to simplify and automate reporting processes, making it easier for teams to access the data they need and provide crucial insights to clients by navigating both modern and legacy systems to drive toward scalable, sustainable solutions.

What you'll do here:
 
Client-Facing Reporting & Dashboards
  • Build and maintain client dashboards and reports to visualize data gathered from various sources including legacy systems
  • Deliver clear, consistent and polished reporting to clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure accuracy and clarity in all client-facing data.
  • Support account and client success teams with data-driven insights.
  • Own ad hoc reporting requests and analysis from corporate clients
  • Direct external teams, as needed, to gather data manually where required
Internal Business Support
  • Deliver actionable insights by analyzing service performance and large datasets.
  • Build scalable reporting solutions by integrating data from legacy and new systems.
  • Translate business needs into clear reporting requirements across platforms like Salesforce, Power BI, and Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Salesforce TPM, operations, and accounting—to scope, test, and improve reporting tools and processes.
  • Design and implement automated dashboards and reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
  • Maintain data integrity and define reporting standards to ensure consistency across systems.
  • Partner across teams to develop unified reporting solutions that support diverse client types and scalable operations.

Skills you'll need here:
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree with experience in data analysis, client success, or a related field.
  • Sophisticated Excel skills with strong attention to detail and data hygiene.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce creating reports and internal dashboards
  • Comfortable navigating in-house systems and legacy infrastructure to extract and analyze data.
  • Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their data structures.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative, client-ready approach.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects and ad hoc requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and drive for continuous improvement.
Preferred:
  • Bonus points if you're familiar with Marketing Cloud!
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
  • Experience working with APIs and third-party data integrations.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.$67,000.00 - $87,100.00 USD
