The Role
The Manager, Supply and Production owns end-to-end production and supply planning. They will take Finance’s sales forecast and translate it into units of inventory, then align production capacity across co-packers. This role requires deep experience forecasting complex BOMs, advanced Excel skills, and a natural comfort with numbers. The ideal candidate enjoys building detailed forecasts, testing assumptions, and modeling scenarios that show cash flow and operational impact.

  • Analytical Intelligence – You are energized by numbers and complex models. You have extensive experience working with BOM-level forecasting, Excel-based scenario planning, and cash flow modeling. You enjoy the detail-oriented work of forecasting and take pride in accuracy.

  • Project Management – You thrive on structured planning and are comfortable managing multiple suppliers, production schedules, and logistics simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Translate Finance forecasts into purchase volumes and production schedules.
  • Build and maintain detailed Excel models for complex BOM forecasts.
  • Manage supplier capacity planning and production schedules across China and Indonesia.
  • Be the first point of contact for ocean freight bookings and inbound shipment planning.
  • Decide destination allocations for shipments before departure.
  • Create scenario plans that model operational and financial impacts of sales increases or decreases.
  • Ensure continuity between forecast, purchase orders, production capacity, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications and attributes
  • 5+ years’ experience in supply chain, production planning, or operations management.
  • Extensive experience forecasting complex BOMs.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills; comfort working with large, detailed data sets.
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
  • Strong ability to synthesize forecasts and operational constraints into clear decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across global stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel internationally 2–3 times a year.
