A day in the life…

As the Manager, Training & Development, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training and development programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, develop effective training, and ensure that our workforce is equipped to meet the evolving demands of our industry.

  • Training Program Development: Design and develop engaging training programs that address the specific needs of our employees and align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct regular training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Curriculum Design: Create and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content, ensuring they are relevant, up-to-date, and effective.
  • Facilitation: Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually, to diverse groups of employees, ensuring an interactive and impactful learning experience.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Talent Development: Implement career development initiatives to support employee growth and retention.
  • Compliance Training: Ensure all employees complete mandatory compliance training, including safety, health, and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate training records.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with leaders and external training providers to coordinate and deliver training initiatives that support organizational goals.

Do you have what it takes?

(Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Minimum of 2 years of people leadership experience.
  • Ability to travel to various company locations as needed, up to 30% of the time.
