Supporting the Enterprise Marketing department at Bright Horizons, this role will help elevate digital marketing analytics practice, evaluate marketing channel performance, and drive growth across multiple lines of business (LOBs). Responsibilities
  • Support the Director of Marketing Analytics who will prioritize and review assigned projects
  • Work with stakeholders to identify key metrics used to evaluate marketing performance
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing personnel and gather requirements for projects
  • Visualize data using modern business intelligence tools (and excel where appropriate)
  • Develop analytics best practices to further department goals
  • Partner with IT and other teams to facilitate data acquisition
  • Support detailed weekly reviews of overall pipeline health, including identification of new trends or changes that could impact growth or efficiency
  • Support evaluation of digital marketing products, content, and campaigns
  • Support analysis for rigorous A/B testing
  • Advance the use of statistics, data science, and AI for impactful analysis

Minimum Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in quantitative discipline - Required
  • ​4 years of experience in data analytics ​ 

Additional Job Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Analytics/MBA - Preferred
  • Ability to work independently in an agile environment and make decisions to optimize output of reporting and analysis
  • Willing to work on a wide variety of projects and analysis
  • Prior experience with SQL and advanced MS Excel experience required
  • Prior experience with Python, R, Qlik, Looker, PowerBI, or Google Analytics preferred

Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - 85,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 80 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule (vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
