Highlights

Manage and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including users, permissions, and business units.
Design, prototype, and implement solutions for current and new projects.
Collaborate with the CRM Team and clients on development, testing, and production support.
Estimate development effort scope and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Monitor and troubleshoot Marketing Cloud sends and bounces.
Preferred skills include experience with Contact Builder, Marketing Cloud Journeys, email templates (HTML, CSS, AMPScript), Automation Studio SQL, and Salesforce clouds (Marketing, Service, Sales).
Knowledge of Salesforce Education Cloud and Education Data Architecture is beneficial.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two years relevant experience, or high school diploma and six years of experience.
Salary range is $85,000 – $95,000, commensurate with experience and education.
Supports services for University of Florida's students, staff, and faculty within the Constituent Relationship Management Team.
