The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for implementing Salesforce projects, conducting data mining, and generating business intelligence reports to support executive and professional student recruitment goals. This role will also collaborate with program teams, the school, and the broader university to support social media and digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
Minimum Education and Experience  | Bachelor’s degree; five years experience in marketing communications and advertising; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Collaborate with JSOM and UTD personnel in Salesforce, marketing, external relations, and web services. Research and identify opportunities, trends and best practices in higher education marketing and recruitment to share out with Executive Education team. Stay current on emerging technologies, applications, and integrations. Supervise and mentor student worker in marketing tasks. Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Information  | Remote Work Notice:
After the probationary period, this role may be eligible for a hybrid (partly remote/partly in office) work schedule, subject to business need and manager approval. Must be located within the DFW Area and have the ability to be on campus with 24 hours of notice. A UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required within 14 days after approval
