Team & Position Description: 

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator, Influencers & Affiliates to join our Brand Communications Team!

What you’ll do day to day: 

  • Identify and reach out to relevant creators for product seeding, paid partnerships, and UGC campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
  • Coordinate and execute day-to-day operations related to earned influencer, Amazon Creator Connections, and affiliate campaigns through platforms like Aspire and Levanta
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with creators by offering clear & timely communication, brand guidance, and support, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain structured communication with creators and partners across every stage of influencer campaigns to ensure on‑time, brand‑accurate deliverables and identify opportunities to optimize performance.
  • Support social commerce affiliate campaigns by optimizing affiliate activations both internally and with external agency partners.
  • Coordinate product shipments, gifting logistics, and sample needs for creator programs.
  • Gather performance metrics, maintain content libraries, and organize post-campaign assets.
  • Build and maintain creator databases, trackers, logs, and templates.
  • Collaborate with the broader brand team to align creator content with brand storytelling.
  • Monitor platforms for emerging creators, trends, and new opportunities.

What we’re looking for (Key Performance Objectives): 
  • Build an organized creator-ops workflow and infrastructure (databases, trackers, templates) that improves team visibility and reduces campaign turnaround times within the first 60 days.
  • Within the first 120 days, build a scalable pitch strategy and creator engagement framework that improves partnership quality, expands our pool of earned and affiliate creators, and supports an always‑on creator network.
  • Develop a reliable reporting process that compiles campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversion) and organizes content libraries to support cross-functional use within 90 days.
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics and communication for TikTok Shop, affiliate, and creator-led launches and drive measurable GMV (sales) growth or engagement lift within the first 6 months.

Requirements/Ideal Attributes: 
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media, influencer/creator programs, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator-driven content.
  • Experience managing creators, deliverables, and communication.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets; experience with Aspire, Levanta, or Awin is a plus.
  • Strong written communication and professionalism in external communication.
