Team & Position Description:

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator – Social Commerce to join our Social Media & Content Team!

We collaborate cross-functionally, move fast, and have a direct impact on how millions of parents, teachers, and families discover our products. What you’ll do day to day: 

  • Identify and reach out to relevant creators for product seeding, paid partnerships, and UGC campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Build strong relationships with creators by providing guidance, communication, and brand assets.
  • Maintain communication throughout campaign lifecycles to ensure timely deliverables and accurate messaging.
  • Track creator information, products, and content submissions. • Assist in executing social commerce campaigns, including TikTok Shop promotions and affiliate activations.
  • Coordinate product shipments, gifting logistics, and sample needs for creator programs.
  • Gather performance metrics, maintain content libraries, and organize post-campaign assets.
  • Maintain creator databases, trackers, logs, and templates.
  • Collaborate with Learning Resources and Pet brand teams to align creator content with broader brand storytelling.
  • Monitor platforms for emerging creators, trends, and new opportunities. 

What we’re looking for (Key Performance Objectives):

  • Build and maintain an organized creator-ops workflow (databases, trackers, templates) that improves team visibility and reduces campaign turnaround times within 60 days.
  • Manage 10-20 creators per cycle to achieve 95% on-time delivery of content and accurate brand alignment within the first 120 days.
  • Develop a reliable reporting process that compiles campaign performance metrics and organizes content libraries to support cross-functional use within 90 days.
  • Coordinate logistics and communication for TikTok Shop, affiliate, and creator-led launches to drive measurable GMV or engagement lift within the first 6 campaign cycles.
  • Monitor creator and platform trends weekly to surface actionable recommendations that shape quarterly creator strategy. 

Requirements/Ideal Attributes:

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media, influencer/creator programs, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator-driven content.
  • Experience managing creators, deliverables, and communication.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets; experience with Aspire, Levanta, or Awin is a plus.
  • Strong written communication and professionalism in external communication.
