THE OPPORTUNITY:
We’re looking for a full-time Marketing Designer to help bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. You’ll create scroll-stopping graphics, clever layouts, engaging assets, and beautiful print materials that make teachers (and districts) stop and say wow. If you love turning ideas into visuals, think fast, and care about creating thoughtful, high-impact design - this role is for you.

You’ll work across social, email, web, print, video, and events to make sure everything we put out into the world is creative, cohesive, and distinctly Brisk.

YOU WILL:
You’ll own the creation and execution of design projects across:
  • Print materials such as one-pagers, brochures, and booklets.
  • Website and landing page mockups and visual updates.
  • Social media graphics, templates, and campaign assets.
  • Email headers and visuals for newsletters and product announcements.
  • Advertising (static and light motion for paid and organic campaigns).
  • Conference design including pop-up banners, backdrops, tablecloths, and swag.
  • Sales enablement assets like case studies, decks, and PDFs.

You’ll also maintain visual consistency, uphold brand standards, and collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams.

YOU HAVE:
  • 2+ years of professional experience as a marketing or brand designer (in-house or agency).
  • A portfolio that shows high-quality marketing design work across digital and print.
  • A sharp design eye and love turning complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
  • A strong understanding of the needs of a marketing team and how design supports growth goals.
  • The ability to take feedback well, collaborate openly, and communicate clearly.
  • The ability to jump between formats - digital one day, print the next, ads the day after.
  • Brand consistency while knowing when to push the visual language.
  • Strong organization and can manage timelines across multiple projects.
  • Strong design fundamentals: layout, typography, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience with Figma and Canva
  • Comfort working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

BONUS:
  • Motion or video editing skills.
  • Experience designing for educators, edtech, or B2B SaaS.
