Our Sales Enablement Marketing Manager is an integral part of our team!

How can you make an impact?
As a Marketing Manager, you will lead sales enablement initiatives for the global B2B marketing team across North America and International regions. Drive sales efficiency and effectiveness through strategic sales enablement programs, tools, and content for MHP digital products. Act as the key link between product marketing, field marketing, and regional sales teams. Ensure alignment of messaging, resources, and strategies with key business objectives, customer journeys, and persona needs. Collaborate with sales stakeholders to define priorities and communicate enablement strategies and KPIs. Champion and lead the use and leveraging of our Sales Enablement platform, Athena (Seismic) making sure regular reporting informs of effective use by the sales and marketing teams.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. This is a Project Status Worker (PSW) role with an end date of 11/1/2026.

What you will be doing:
  • Sales Alignment and Strategy: Lead strategic alignment between marketing and sales by creating content mapped to buyer journeys, personas, and sales goals. Influence pipeline growth and revenue generation through integrated marketing strategies tailored to sales processes.
  • Sales Enablement Content, Tools, and Templates: Drive the development of high-impact sales enablement assets and scalable training materials that clearly communicate product value. Oversee content governance and accessibility to ensure global sales teams are equipped for success.
  • Go-to-Market Resources: Own the creation and execution of go-to-market content strategies for digital product launches. Use market insights and performance data to refine messaging, prioritize content development, and demonstrate ROI.
  • CRM and Enablement Platforms: Lead optimization of CRM and sales enablement platforms such as Athena (Seismic), ensuring system effectiveness, user adoption, and alignment with commercial goals. Provide strategic input and training to enhance sales team productivity.
  • Collaboration and Feedback: Champion cross-functional collaboration across sales, regional, and product marketing teams. Establish structured feedback loops to inform campaign direction, refine messaging, and enhance future enablement initiatives.
  • Performance Analytics: Leverage advanced analytics to assess the effectiveness of enablement content and tools.
 
We are looking for someone with:
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in creating regionalized and localized sales resources.
  • A desire to take ownership the role, to develop efficient processes for the team and possess a self-starter attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with excellent organizational and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of technology, education, and publishing sectors (one a prerequisite).
  • Knowledge CRM tools e.g. Marketo & Magento is essential.
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g. Seismic, CRM tools, Google analytics and/or adobe analytics).
  • Basic skills of Adobe design suite for asset proofing and feedback process.
  • PowerPoint and MS Office.

The pay range for this position is between $66,000-$75,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
