Recruiter – Asynchronous Online Graduate Programs Full Description

Position Summary:       
 YU Global is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and enthusiastic recruiter to drive enrollment for a portfolio of fully asynchronous online Master’s programs. This individual will engage prospective students, nurture leads through the enrollment funnel, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet enrollment goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience recruiting for online programs, preferably in an Online Program Manager (OPM) environment.

We partner with academic schools across the University to research, design, market, recruit, and support high-quality online programs that expand access and advance YU’s mission. Position Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the “anytime online” programs from inquiry through deposit and enrollment.Proactively reach out to, qualify, and support prospective students via phone, email, text, and virtual meetings in their decision-making process.Utilize CRM platforms (Recruit, HubSpot) to track, manage, and report on prospect engagement, conversion metrics, and pipeline health.Collaborate with marketing, enrollment management, instructional design, and student success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a seamless student experience.Meet or exceed recruitment and enrollment targets as defined by program goals.Provide feedback to marketing and program leadership based on prospect questions and trends.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program offerings, admissions requirements, and industry trends in assigned programs.  Uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics in all communications with prospective students.Represent the programs at local, regional, and national conferences as appropriate.

Experience & Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree required.Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting for online degree programs, ideally within an OPM or higher education setting.Demonstrated expertise using CRM systems, specifically Recruit and HubSpot.

Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse prospective student populations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage appointment calendar.Ability to schedule and conduct webinars and info-sessions about the program, answering prospects' questions and educating about the program. Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.Commitment to student success and an understanding of the unique needs of online learners.
