Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Healthcare marketing team and support the therapy and physician professions.
 
In this dynamic and exciting position, you will be responsible for building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to attract new business and cultivate strong relationships with our customers. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work with multiple stakeholders across two brands, collaborating closely with our digital and content marketing teams as well as our cross-functional business team.
 
The ideal candidate is a hands-on B2C marketer with a proven track record of driving growth through a variety of channels, including paid marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and social media. You'll be responsible for designing and overseeing the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging your experience with email marketing, marketing automation technologies, and strong strategic planning.

What You'll Do

  • Execute, manage, and track annual marketing plans and associated campaigns for customer facing programs, products, including creative strategy and channel alignment 
  • Partner with both external and internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize marketing messages, marketing channels and paid media opportunities 
  • Effectively track campaign metrics and provide weekly reporting for upper-level management 
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance data and generate insights to optimize future campaigns
  • Continually A/B test online and offline channels 
  • Set high standards for development, execution, and optimization of cross-channel marketing campaigns 
  • Work closely with the content and creative marketing teams to develop content aligned to audience segmentation 
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing activities, including email marketing, paid mail, website experience, digital marketing analytics, database analytics, HubSpot customer and prospect flows
  • Serve as the liaison between the Healthcare product team and the marketing department 
  • Assist in managing marketing budget allocation and associated reporting 
  • Maintain a high degree of knowledge on best practices in marketing and strategic insight on current and new marketing outreach channels and emerging trends
  • Execute planning and implementation of various integrated communications within the organization to launch programs/campaigns 
  • Manage and organize multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously to meet desired product goals and timelines 

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience required 
  • Minimum 3+ years’ marketing experience 
  • Hands-on integrated marketing expertise, including social, email, paid and website channels 
  • Extensive experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with brands. 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop concise value propositions that effectively communicate the unique value proposition to targeted audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, from their initial stages through to execution
  • Exceptional analytical, collaboration, and communication skills 
  • Excellent written communication skills; a writing sample will be required
