Bring your passion and drive to deliver the most epic and immersive LEGO® brand experiences for families with children 2-12 visiting the LEGOLAND® parks. From delivering amazing LEGO branded experiences to connecting our various touch points across the LEGO Group you will help create frictionless brand experience for our audiences whether in park at LEGOLAND or engaging within the LEGO brand ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities
As part of a global marketing team manage and deliver integrated LEGO activations supporting core franchises and external IP integration
Collaborate with key partners across The LEGO Group and Merlin Entertainments to integrate OESP (owned, earned, shared, paid) activities and deliver epic and immersive guest experiences
Work cross-functionally to align and optimize marketing efforts across the LEGO Group and Merlin Entertainments, ensuring that all campaigns are strategically geared towards driving brand and business impact
Represent Merlin Entertainments towards the wider LEGO organization and global marketing teams. Help unleash the full potential of the parks within the wider LEGO ecosystem
Support and manage a comprehensive global editorial calendar that coordinates content across various platforms and touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive brand narrative
Develop and implement measurement frameworks and important metrics to assess the success of activities and adjust strategies accordingly. Facilitate the sharing of takeaways across the marketing community, improving the overall effectiveness of marketing activities
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance across all media channels
Ensure that all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines and messaging is consistent across all channels and markets

The LEGO® Brand Parks and Experience team is a part of LEGO Holding division in The LEGO Group and supports the LEGO mission to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow. Our overall responsibility is to drive the strategic partnership between The LEGO Group and Merlin Entertainments. Our purpose is to leverage synergies and create consistent and connected experiences across LEGOLAND and The LEGO Group. Our mission is to deliver fun and immersive experiences that are on an epic scale and sparking a lifetime of play, creativity and imagination. In this role you will be a part of the team responsible for Brand, marketing and innovation within LEGO Brand Parks and Experience team. The role will be based in London
Merlin Entertainments Group is the second largest theme park operator in the world. Among others, the group owns and operates 11 LEGOLAND Parks, 9 LEGOLAND Hotels and 4 LEGOLAND Water Parks with more than 13 million guests a year.
Do you have what it takes?
Proven experience managing a top tier global brand/IP and/or proven marketing experience within Location Based Entertainment
Strong marketing and brand skills with strong proven record of building brands and work with Owned, Earned and shared channels
Experience in working in a global company and across markets and cultures
Strong digital experience
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proficient in English
Great teammate and high degree of personal integrity
Willingness to travel approximately once a month
