BARBRI is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and execution-focused Marketing Specialist to support omni-channel marketing initiatives that drive B2C revenue and student engagement across BARBRI’s law school, bar prep, and supplemental product lines. 

This role is a hands-on role ideal for a marketer who thrives in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. This role will take ownership of executing campaigns, coordinating creative production, managing content calendars, and delivering accurate, timely work. It reports to our Director, U.S. Law School and Licensure Marketing Strategy (B2C).  

As a member of the Creative Brand Strategy Team, this role will collaborate closely with BARBRI’s Centers of Excellence, including UX/UI, Marketing Operations, Paid Media, Analytics & Insights, as well as Product, Sales, Operations, and Learning teams. Together, you will bring marketing strategies to life, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality brand experience at every touchpoint. 

Key Responsibilities 

Campaign and Channel Execution 

  • Develop a strong understanding of the products, target audiences, and competitive landscapes to inform messaging and content direction. 
  • Support and execute omni-channel marketing activities, including email, social media, blogs, paid media assets, and web updates to help achieve acquisition, engagement, and retention goals. 
  • Implement email and organic content campaigns in alignment with strategic direction. 
  • Maintain and deploy a unified content calendar across channels. 
  • Draft light-volume content (emails, short-form copy) as needed. 

Project and Workflow Management 

  • Submit and manage creative requests, ensuring accurate briefs, organized feedback cycles, and on-time deliverables. 
  • Drive end-to-end task management – tracking deadlines, following up proactively, escalating blockers early, and ensuring no tasks fall through the cracks. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather product details and ensure marketing messaging aligns with product positioning and brand standards. 

Analytics and Reporting 

  • Work with tactic owners to compile weekly and monthly performance reports across email, paid media, and related channels. 
  • Monitor KPIs such as engagement, CTR, and conversions to identify trends and optimization opportunities. 

Content, Events and Support 

  • Ensure brand consistency and quality assurance across all marketing assets. 
  • As needed, support webinars, live events, virtual sessions, and other student-facing engagements by coordinating logistics and promotional materials. 

Qualifications 
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, content coordination, or similar marketing support functions 
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. 
  • High attention to detail, strong follow‑through, and comfort working within established workflows, SOPs, and QA processes. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as email platforms, project management systems, analytics dashboards, and creative review tools. Experience with Marketo, Canva, JIRA, and Zoom preferred. 
  • Basic understanding of analytics (Google Analytics, UTM parameters, engagement metrics). 
  • A self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. 
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. 

Preferred 
  • Experience executing digital content and campaigns across social, email, and web channels. 
  • Demonstrated ability to independently move tasks forward, escalate challenges, and maintain high execution velocity.
