Job Description
This role is an exciting opportunity to optimize our promotional experience in global retail marketing campaigns and to drive business impact by supporting special projects such as marketing of our LEGO Retail value proposition and LEGO Extended Line products!
As a key player in a dynamic and innovative team, you'll have the chance to shape how we connect with consumers and enhance their engagement with the LEGO® brand across multiple channels.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end process for promotional communications tied to marketing campaigns - from briefing internal agencies to managing creative development, review cycles, and approvals, enabling timely delivery for global and regional campaigns.
- Oversee campaign promotion set-up in the LEGO Retail promotions engine, ensuring accurate configuration and a smooth launch, with seamless integration across digital shopper touchpoints and in-store environments, fully aligned to brand standards.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure promotional activity is effectively advertised across all relevant channels, improving visibility and impact.
- Support development of LEGO Retail value proposition marketing strategy and assets including developing global toolkit based on insights, testing and business needs.
- Support development of marketing materials including print, digital and video assets to support LEGO Extended Line products, in alignment with value proposition marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with global and regional partners to ensure awareness and understanding of value proposition and extended line marketing plans and resources.
- Support the team on ad-hoc projects, campaigns and events when necessary.

This role sits within the Global Retail Marketing team, which plays an important role in creating and delivering the global omnichannel marketing plan to meet commercial and brand building objectives. The team is responsible for developing and delivering campaigns, the Catalog, and partnership development. This role will play a critical role in optimizing promotional campaign messaging and supporting marketing of the LEGO Retail value proposition.
Do you have what it takes?
- Marketing skills ideally with experience in optimizing promotional messaging in a direct-to-consumer business.
- Proofing experience with high attention to detail.
- Omnichannel campaign development experience, with comprehensive understanding of owned, earned, shared and paid marketing levers.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills with the ability to build high trust relationships in a global setting.
- Entrepreneurial perspective and creative problem solving skills, energized by finding new opportunities and bringing them to life.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $81,631.00 - $122,447.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
