Job Summary  | The Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment: Department of Dietetics and Human Nutrition is currently seeking a Marketing and Outreach Specialist to assist with promotion of departmental programs and outreach initiatives. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining digital media for programs/projects, as well as planning/organizing educational programming and networking events.

Successful candidates will: be detail and customer service-oriented exhibit maturity and good judgment have demonstrated experience with social media campaign development management possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills display the ability to prioritize have excellent verbal and written communication skills have the capacity to work independently and with flexibility

Proficiency with MS Windows as well as Mac operating systems.

Preferred Education/Experience  | Excellent skills in website development, marketing, prioritizing resources, oral and written communication, confidentiality, attention to detail and technology application. Demonstrated creativity and ability to drive community engagement across various social media platforms. Marketing experience for academic units highly desired.
