Position: Math Online Tutor (Evenings, Part-Time)

Location: Remote (U.S.-based, within Littera's eligible states)

Schedule: Part-Time, up to 25 hours/week, 5:00-8:00 PM EST

Pay: Up to $22.50/hr ($18 base pay × 1.25 paid administrative time per tutored hour), bi-weekly W-2 paycheck

Littera Education partners with K-12 schools and districts nationwide to deliver high-impact, customized tutoring in Reading, Math, and English Language Acquisition. Littera is hiring part-time, W-2 online tutors for the 2026 Fall semester. Tutors show up consistently, connect with students, and help move the needle on outcomes that matter most — curriculum, platform, and scheduling infrastructure are already in place, with no lesson planning or commuting required.

What You'll Do:

Earn up to $22.50/hr, working fully remote from home, Monday–Friday
Tutor small groups of 1–3 students, building real relationships that matter
Deliver instructional support during live, scheduled sessions between 5:00-8:00 PM EST
Use virtual tools including video, audio, screenshare, and chat
Complete paid training and onboarding, with background check and fingerprinting covered by Littera

Who They're Looking For:

U.S.-based, able to hold a consistent, committed weekly schedule
Experience or strong knowledge in Reading, Math, Algebra, or ESL/ELL
Comfortable working with diverse learners and building a motivating learning environment
Comfortable using virtual tools: video, audio, screenshare, whiteboard, and chat

Technical Requirements: Laptop or desktop computer (Chrome browser recommended), reliable high-speed internet connection, quiet space with an educational or blank background.
