What will you be doing?
In this strategic role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and cross-functional teams in the Media and Analytics areas, bringing forward-thinking learning and development perspective to product training initiatives. You’ll lead the design and delivery of innovative, high-impact learning experiences—leveraging AI tools, eLearning platforms, and adult learning strategies to drive engagement and performance. With a strong focus on collaboration, content accuracy, and continuous improvement, you’ll ensure training programs evolve with the business and reflect best-in-class practices. 

Job Responsibilities
  • Establishes strong partnerships with Media and Analytics senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, bringing a strategic Learning & Development lens to the table; demonstrates executive presence and is consistently recognized as a valued advisor and catalyst for product training initiatives.
  • Engage regularly with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Product Management, Project Management and Commercial —to anticipate shifts in business priorities and ensure training strategies proactively support evolving organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain subject matter expertise in our Media and Analytics products and solutions to create training content that accurately reflects current tools, workflows, and user experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, curate, and deliver engaging learning solutions using diverse formats and adult learning strategies—including on-demand modules, instructor-led sessions, embedded videos, use-case scenarios, interactivity, gamification, and more.
  • Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360, Camtasia and Synthesia, or other tools determined by the team, that align with instructional goals, adult learning principles, and organizational standards.
  • Engage with AI, through our toolset, to produce content efficiently and robustly.
  • Maintain a strong curiosity for emerging trends in learning and enablement and AI. Apply innovative methodologies to enhance program effectiveness and learner engagement.
  • Develop and implement assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and ensure alignment with best-in-class practices.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in business-to-business experience, building technical training programs, program management or product management roles
  • Direct Media experience or experience supporting Media organizations.  Hands-on experience with, or supporting, Media workflows and analytics including campaign measurement, optimization, or reporting is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities and drive creative solutions and commitment to a shared goal
  • Proven ability/experience translating complex, technical concepts into an easy to understand and digestible format
  • Independent, proven self-starter, proven strong collaborator, innovative, ambitious, and action-oriented
  • Strategic, analytic thinker with strong business acumen and outside-the-box thinking
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience with our set of content development tools is desired: Articulate Storyline, Camtasia and Synthesia

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $100,000.00 to $120,000.00.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
