Advertising/Posting Title  | Medical Student Admissions Support Coordinator
Posting Summary  | Join the Office of Medical Student Admissions at the Larner College of Medicine and play a key role in the medical student admission process. As the first point of contact for prospective students, you’ll guide applicants through the admissions process, provide clear information on requirements, and ensure a welcoming and professional experience. You’ll coordinate signature admissions events including Interview Day, Closer Look Day, and on-campus recruitment while also managing application screenings and communications. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to support students as they pursue their path to medical school.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)  | Associate degree with one to three years of related experience required. Working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions required. Familiarity with Internet resources required. Effective organizational skills required. Effective written and verbal communication required.
Desirable Qualifications  | Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree, higher education experience.
Anticipated Pay Range  | $23.50 - $25.00/hour
Other Information  | Saturdays may be required on 2 – 4 occasions annually for Interview Days
Special Conditions  | Bargaining unit position, A probationary period may be required, This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy, Background Check required for this position
