This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that requires strong prioritization, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple campuses in a fast-paced environment. The National Academic Records Coordinator is responsible for executing and stabilizing Academic Records operations across assigned campuses, with direct accountability for accuracy, compliance, and processing performance. This role reports to the National Academic Operations Manager.
Essential responsibilities:
Manage Academic Records operations for campuses with fewer than 100 students and provide short-term coverage during staffing vacancies, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements until operations are fully established and the campus achieves a stable student population.
- Oversee all stages of the Academic Records acceptance process for incoming students.
- Maintain student records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with institutional policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the receipt, verification, and processing of official transcripts for new students.
- Support current and prospective students with status updates, issue resolution, and the accurate completion of required documentation.
- Partner with the Dean to develop and plan course offerings.
- Communicate pertinent student records updates and issues to the Campus Dean and campus leadership to facilitate informed decision-making.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Must have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Nice to have:
- Two or more years of experience in Academic Records, Registrar, Enrollment Services, or Student Services within a higher education or post-secondary environment.
- Experience with student information systems (SIS) and document management platforms.
