Highlights

Maintain and develop technical documentation such as diagrams, drawings, and procedures.

Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff and student employees.
Required technical skills include advanced knowledge of Cisco and Aruba networking technologies, Unified Communications, VoIP, and enterprise network support experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
Salary range is $40.032 to $56.045 hourly, commensurate with experience, and benefits include tuition waivers for employees and immediate family.
