Shift  | Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional nights, weekends, and holidays as the job requires. This position is subject to a rotational on-call schedule of approximately every 8 weeks.
Job Summary  | This position will function as a telecommunications engineer working as part of a larger team in support of university communications systems including Voice over IP, Video over IP, contact center, & supporting systems. The engineer will be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the Information Technology, Collaboration, and Communication fields. The role relies on technical experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The role performs a variety of tasks and works under general supervision. An ability to think creatively and independently is required.
