Posting Summary  | Provide exceptional customer service to all our residents and visitors. Devise staffing structures and office procedures to implement Department policies and procedures for the Learning Community or Communities located in a residential complex in the areas of keys, mail, information resources, vending services, equipment loans, and hall damage. Work collaboratively with Residential Education, Learning Community, and Facilities Operations staff to support these communities. Support department customer service initiatives by assisting Administrative Services staff at the main service desk in Robinson Hall with incoming email and phone calls. Supervise student staff.

Reports to the Assistant Director for Operational Excellence.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)  | Associate’s degree and one to three years of office support experience required. General knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office (word processing, spreadsheets) and Internet applications (email, world wide web) required.

Desirable Qualifications  | Supervisory experience and knowledge of University of Vermont policies and procedures.
Anticipated Pay Range  | 22.20-24.09/hr
