About the Role

This position plays a critical part in the smooth running of training operations. The role involves developing, coordinating, and delivering training programs that support training needs, focusing on onboarding, material creation, and skill assessments. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, updating educational materials, managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), facilitating training sessions, providing one-on-one coaching, and measuring the effectives of training programs to ensure continuous improvement. Occasional travel during your first year to branches will be required to gain exposure to the field experience and to understand and support Grameen’s operational training processes.
 
Key Job responsibilities

  • Logistics & Administration: Work with internal stakeholders focusing on scheduling training. Building relationships with field staff to shape the ongoing strategy of the GAI Training Program.
  • Needs Assessment: Identifying training gaps by collecting and analyzing feedback from employees, managers, and trainers. Conduct Center Visits to identify the most efficient operational practices and support the standardization of processes across locations nationwide. 
  • Material Development: Creating, updating, and maintaining training materials, presentations, manuals, and online content for branch workshops, field exercises, presentations, and parallel materials.
  • Support: Providing ongoing coaching to employees and support as a facilitator for Boot Camp & other training on operational topics. Conduct online training sessions on internal processes and leadership. Ensure quality, reliability, and accuracy of all deliverables.
  • Training Delivery: Conducting in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and orientation for new hires and existing staff. Deliver training and support with a strong customer focus approach, ensuring field staff receive high-quality and responsive experience when requesting training and support.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for creating materials and conducting engaging training.
  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint), virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom), and Learning Management Systems.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish for effective communication and training delivery in both languages.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong bias for action.
  • Strong ability to manage medium-scale programs while collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience conducting classroom training.
  • Proactive self-starter with a proven success track record of taking ownership of training projects.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and tools like Zoom (or similar ).S
  • Experience designing and developing instructor-led content with sales subject matter content (i.e; Canva, Vistacreate).
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and develop various learning solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision. 
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritize, manage, and complete projects with tight
    deadlines.
