Job Summary | Operations Program Managers, II This individual will provide administrative support in the Dean’s Office. They will be assigned to support with various projects and administrative needs within the CSBS. This will include but not be limited to faculty support, policy and processes, project management, etc. Drive university strategy, align teams, and deliver on multiple interconnected operations projects. Work to initiate successful programs that drive strategic benefits and university growth. Define and oversee a list of dependent projects needed to reach the program’s overall goals. Enlist teams, implement strategies, and measure performance. Act as liaison between various departments, facilitating cross-team collaboration and understanding. Organize and track projects, proactively manage risks, manage project escalations, prioritize tasks, and meet specific objectives. Requires moderate skill set and proficiency in discipline. Conduct work assignments of increasing complexity, under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment. Responsibilities | Operations Program Manager, II Policy & Procedure Compliance: Identify and follow relevant institutional policies and procedures to ensure operational integrity. Process Development: Design, implement, and refine administrative workflows. Cross-Unit Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to align operations, share best practices, and support cross-functional initiatives. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and compile reports to support decision-making and compliance requirements. Information Synthesis: Locate, analyze, and summarize key data and insights for leadership. Operational Support: Provide timely and responsive support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to long-term success. |
Minimum Qualifications | EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
Operations Program Manager, II: Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 4 years or a master’s (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience. |
