The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Paid Media Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition engine. You’ll plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and beyond), driving efficient growth while upholding our brand standards and ambitious goals.

This role is central to our customer acquisition strategy—and ideal for a performance marketer who blends sharp analytics with strong creative instincts.
 
What You’ll Do 
Own Paid Media Buying and Planning
  • Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing campaigns across search, social, display, and emerging channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Lead media buying and planning for evergreen and episodic campaigns that drive qualified traffic, self-serve plans, and leads for Pro sales
  • Manage annual paid media budget with precise tracking and forecasting
Drive Performance Strategy
  • Build testing roadmaps, execute A/B tests, and identify levers that move the needle
  • Analyze channel performance, audience insights, and creative trends to inform strategy
  • Optimize campaign performance against key growth KPIs — CAC, CPL, ROAS, pipeline
  • Oversee tagging implementation and measurement via GTM/ad-server partners
  • Build dashboards and performance reporting that bring clarity and action

What You Bring
Experience & Background
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across major platforms
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth, especially in SaaS or community-led businesses
  • Bonus points for experience with creator economy, newsletters, and sponsorships
Skills
  • Expert-level proficiency in  knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and creative instincts for what converts 
  • Strong analytical chops — attribution, ROI modeling, cohort analysis
  • Operational rigor and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
