Opportunity:
We’re looking for a results-driven Paid media Specialist to join DeVry’s high-performing, student-focused marketing team. If you’re passionate about digital advertising and love turning insights into action, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Paid Media & Activation, you’ll support agency partners in the daily execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across programmatic and social channels. You’ll play a key role in campaign coordination, creative QA, performance tracking, and insight development—all aimed at fueling student interest and enrollment through effective, data-informed strategy.
Responsibilities:
Paid Media Execution & Support
• Serve as day-to-day contact for external agency teams managing paid social and programmatic campaigns.
• Review and validate creative assets for brand consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure timely, error-free execution.
• Support campaign setup, trafficking, and QA of ad placements across platforms.
• Participate in media planning discussions and contribute tactical insights.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of emerging platforms, ad formats, and digital marketing trends.
Performance Monitoring & Insights
• Monitor campaign performance daily and flag issues or opportunities for improvement.
• Provide performance reporting support, including compiling results and insights into presentations.
• Assist with post-campaign analysis to inform future strategy, creative direction, and channel optimizations.
• Help drive innovation in digital strategy through testing, optimization, and data analysis.
Collaboration & Coordination
• Work across internal marketing and enrollment teams to ensure campaign alignment with strategic goals.
• Support coordination of media timelines, campaign calendars, and internal communication.
• Support campaign reporting, performance presentations, and post-campaign updates to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, ideally with exposure to paid media platforms and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Google DV360, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other social/programmatic tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data and contribute to strategy.
• Experience reviewing creative materials for accuracy, compliance, and brand alignment.
• Working knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
• Clear communicator with strong collaboration skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
