JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The College of Health and Human Development in the Department of Health Policy and Administration is seeking applicants for part-time job of Instructional Designer for the development of a Personal Care Home Administrator course that meets the requirements for the state of Pennsylvania.

Job duties to include:
  •  Identify target audience's training needs
  •  Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
  •  Develop appropriate assessment measures
Requirements, qualifications, and/or competencies:
  • Master level degree in health or long-term care services administration.
  •  Experience in service provision to older adults desired
  • Develop educational structures; applies learning science principles to the design of innovative and effective learning experiences;

Schedule:
  •  Approximately 4 to 5 hours a week for four weeks.
Compensation:
  • Negotiable
