JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Penn State Scranton is accepting applications for a part-time Learning and Advising Center Assistant.
The selected candidate supports the daily operations of the Learning and Advising Centers by:
  • Greeting students, faculty, and staff and directing them to the appropriate service area
  • Creating student appointments, resource coordination, student scheduling
  • New Student Orientation functions
  • General inquiries
  • Aids with test proctoring within Student Disability Resources, while maintaining confidentiality
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, strict confidentiality of student information, and a commitment to fostering a welcoming and supportive academic environment.
