Job Description: Partner Success Specialist
The Partner Success Specialist will play a crucial role in creating a successful partner experience by fostering strong relationships with administrative stakeholders, providing comprehensive support, and driving partner engagement and satisfaction. This roles requires 30% of travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with administrative stakeholders, educational partners, ensuring they are maximizing the value of Waterford programs and services.
- Initiate and maintain a deep understanding of partners’ goals and objectives and address their needs proactively.
- Support educational organizational leaders in understanding and implementing Waterford's programs, ensuring a smooth and efficient partner journey.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between partners and Waterford's internal teams, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Curriculum and Research, Partnerships, Marketing, Professional Learning, School Relations, Guided Family Services, and Technical Support to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Utilize data and metrics to track usage and sentiment to identify potential churn risks and work proactively to mitigate these risks.
- Provide ongoing customer education, ensuring partners are equipped to use our products and services effectively.
- Maintain a high level of partner engagement by offering regular check-ins and proactive communication.
- Provide partner feedback to the product and curriculum teams, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the partner experience.
- Facilitate projects and identify expansion opportunities.
- Proactively document milestone interactions that inform follow-up tasks and activities.
- Continuously champion and promote inclusive excellence through all related job functions.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management, professional services, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partner relationships
- Experience in the software or technology industry.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an ability to articulate and display complex information clearly and concisely.
- High level of empathy and the ability to anticipate potential issues with and for partners.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, PowerBI, Microsoft Suite, OneDrive, Excel, Google Suite.

Waterford.org team members are located across the United States and primarily work from home. We anticipate this full time, hourly position will pay $50,000 - $60,000 per year depending on the education, experience and skill level of the individual we hire.
