The Partner Success team is perfect for someone who embraces the concept of "selling through service," and who has a strong understanding of the classroom environment. To assist new hires in learning the ropes of the Partner Success world at CA, we have created cohorts for new hires to collaborate and learn from each other in a shared space. Joining our team will allow you to become an expert on the educational landscape of your territory and partner with other Implementation Service team to ensure our educators are supported at every step in the process.

  • You'll assist educators in leveraging and utilizing data to foster a better understanding of their students performance and needs.

  • You'll work cross functionally with various members of our implementation service teams to ensure each district we serve is supported
  • You'll build strong relationships through identification and cultivation of "champions" and "partners" in districts to strengthen program implementation
  • You'll help to secure renewals through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers and supporting users within the district, school, or organization
  • You'll service as a lead point of contact from our Implementation Service Teams to the educators and districts we serve

Responsibilities include:
  • You and your team members will partner with district-level educators.
  • You and your team members will review assigned accounts on a regular basis to understand usage trends, and complete regular check-ins with educators
  • You and your team members will address educator concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner, with follow-up when appropriate
  • You and your team members will support new and prospective implementations in obtaining the necessary information to ensure the proper set-up of accounts
  • You and your team members will develop and own implementation planning for assigned accounts and ensure that all items are delivered in a timely and effective manner
  • You and your team members will identify ‘at risk' accounts and work cross functionally with sales and professional development teams to support and ensure retention
  • You and your team members will identify opportunities for expansions within existing implementations and relay this information to our sales team
  • You and your team members will provide product development and technology teams with educator feedback on product improvements

 Who we're looking for:
  •  College degree (Education or Marketing/Business preferred)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, along with the ability to multi-task

Additional qualities that make for a successful Territory Manager:
  • We find educators with leadership experience within the K-12 space to be successful in this position given their knowledge of the complexities of managing a classroom, understanding of the unique educational landscape, and ability to instill buy in from their fellow educators
  • Previous experience in supporting or serving within district level leadership
  • Previous experience in a Customer Success function
Travel:  10% travel is expected to allow for periodic school visits, attendance at educator events, and attendance at company national and regional meetings. 
 
Location: Remote.
 
Pay Range: This role's range is $60,750 - $99,750. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets.

At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
