Position Summary:
The Partner Training Manager is responsible for the creation and continuous improvement of training collateral to support TTC Tour Brands’ trade sales community. This role works closely with global sales leaders to understand regional and partner-specific training needs, formats, and priorities. It also collaborates with product and marketing teams to ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
While this role is not responsible for delivering training sessions directly to trade partners, it will lead train-the-trainer sessions and produce materials that empower field and inside sales teams to execute training effectively.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Training Collateral Development
• Develop and maintain a library of high-quality training materials—PowerPoint decks, eLearning modules (Litmos or other LMS), and printable guides—that support partner onboarding, product education, and sales enablement.
• Ensure all training collateral reflects the TTC Tour Brands’ visual identity, tone of voice, and strategic messaging.
• Regularly update content to reflect new product launches, brand updates, and evolving sales priorities.
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with regional and global sales leaders to identify training priorities, knowledge gaps, and preferred delivery formats.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure all materials are factually accurate, visually consistent, and aligned with go-to-market strategy.
• Adapt training content to meet the unique needs of different trade audiences and markets.
Train-the-Trainer Enablement
• Deliver internal training sessions to sales leaders and trainers, enabling them to confidently present content to their respective partners.
• Support sales team readiness through clear documentation, FAQs, and walkthrough materials that reinforce training objectives.
Monitoring & Optimization
• Track usage and engagement of training materials across regions and partner tiers.
• Collect feedback from sales and partner teams to refine and optimize collateral over time.
• Stay current with training design trends, LMS capabilities, and industry standards to elevate program effectiveness.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Organize and support internal learning events, sales summits, or trade conference training tracks.
• Maintain well-organized digital archives of training assets and ensure regional access.
• Provide light design support in collaboration with marketing when needed.
• Support special projects tied to global product launches, sales process changes, or seasonal updates.
Experience & Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or product education; travel industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, eLearning tools (e.g., Litmos or equivalent LMS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and webinar tools is a plus.
Travel Requirements:
• Occasional domestic and international travel required, estimated at less than 20%.
• Must be available for flexible work hours during major launches or events.
