Partnership Manager Full Description

As a Partnership Manager, you will expand Riverside’s impact by building authentic, trust-based relationships with schools and districts in your region. Leveraging digital tools, you’ll deliver compelling remote presentations, uncover customer needs, and position our Classroom solutions to drive success. Your ability to align district goals with Riverside’s value will play a critical role in helping educators and students thrive. 

In this role you will get to:

  • Drive revenue growth by leading cross-sell, expansion, and renewal efforts that deepen our partnerships and increase our impact.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze data, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and develop Key Account Plans.
  • Conduct high-quality partner meetings monthly, showcasing our solutions, uncovering needs, and document outcomes consistently in HubSpot.
  • Address inbound marketing-qualified leads (MQLs)—transforming interest into long-term partnership.
  • Use data to fuel growth, tracking partner engagement trends to continuously optimize your approach and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in educational / EdTech sales
  • Proven track record of success in execution of sales fundamentals including prospecting, leading discovery meetings, handling objections, negotiation and closing
  • Ability to remain highly motivated and focused on achieving sales goals
  • Experience in building strong, relational, and consultative client relationships
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and present ideas clearly and persuasively in a remote selling environment
  • Strategic capability to design and customize the buying journey based on individual client needs and organizational structures
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to efficiently cover the sales territory and maximize customer interactions and opportunities
  • Proficiency in pipeline management and accurate documentation through CRM platforms

Physical Requirements

  • Remote
  • Up to 5% travel for off-site team meetings
  • May require stationary positions (sitting or standing) for extended periods.

Compensation: A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000 USD plus applicable commission. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
