We make high-quality private education more accessible and affordable for families—especially those seeking flexible, academically strong alternatives.

We’re expanding in ESA-funded states and looking for a Partnership Rep in Salt Lake City to open doors with schools, pods, and organizations that serve our ideal families.

Role Mission
Build and convert high-value partnerships with organizations that can introduce AIA to groups of families.

Main Focus Areas
  • Build a contact list of 30+ orgs: micro schools, pods, schools without AP/high school, hybrid models.
  • Schedule outreach + follow-ups.
  • Refine and localize the AIA partnership deck.
  • Identify school/district enrollment windows and pilot requirements.
  • Find and secure 2+ relevant event slots (fairs, showcases, etc.).
  • Identify dual enrollment opportunities with community colleges.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in partnership development, school outreach, or B2B sales.
  • Confident networker who can connect with school leaders and program directors.
  • Organized, persistent, and able to manage multiple outreach streams.
  • Knowledge of the Utah education landscape a plus.

Contract Details
  • Part-time: 10–15 hrs/week (flexible)
  • Initial 3–6 months, with potential to extend
  • $30–$35/hr, DOE
