We are looking for a highly motivated Principal Training & Education Manager to support the Coronary and Renal Denervation (CRDN) business in the US. Become part of a dynamic team responsible for training and educating our sales, clinical specialist and market development teams in the fields of Coronary, Renal Denervation, and CathWorks, some of the most exciting and fastest growing areas of medical technology. Use your creativity and passion to lead innovation in the development and advancement of training and education to bring life-changing therapy to thousands of patients worldwide.
You will act as Therapy Lead for the Coronary portfolio training and cross-portfolio support for other therapies.  Operate under the Training Program Manager and partner with Training Team counterparts to develop, deliver, and coordinates in-house product training programs for field personnel, through live and self-paced modalities.

A day in the life:
  • Ensures training program meets CRDN and company objectives.
  • Motivate and influence cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Anticipate, identify, and resolve high-level problems associated with completing projects and executing programs.
  • Continuously partner with Training Team counterparts to revise lesson plans to meet new training requirements, product launches, and to keep information up to date.
  • Design and execute creative and engaging field sales and clinical specialists education programs that are targeted, purposeful, and increase knowledge and skills in procedures and CRDN therapies, to enable the commercial organization meets its objectives.
  • Capacity to comprehend, build and maintain therapy expertise, and teach highly clinical and technical products and concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups (Marketing, Market Development, Sales, MedReview, Engineering, Field Management & Education) to create education programs, curricula, course materials and measurements that support business strategies and are compliant with regulatory, quality systems, and Business Conduct Standards.
  • Demonstrate education effectiveness through systematic program evaluation and continuous improvement strategy.
  • Capacity to adjust swiftly to shifting priorities to satisfy business requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of competency in disease management, Medtronic device therapy application, and related systems through continuous learning (i.e. seminars, self-study, workshops, literature review, etc.).

Must Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of experience in training, sales, sales support, cath lab or marketing. Or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree.

 Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$109,600.00 - $164,400.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
