The Private School Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting academic operations, enrollment growth, and strategic initiatives across K12 Private Schools. This position is responsible for coordinating specialized programs, managing scholarship outreach, tracking academic and enrollment data, and supporting student engagement and family experience initiatives. This role works closely with school leaders, academic teams, and families to ensure successful implementation of programs and a high-quality student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Specialized Program Coordination: Manage enrollment, staffing, and operations for Bridge Forward, SPECTRUM, and Shine Pathway programs; support family outreach and intake processes.
- ESA & Scholarship Outreach: Lead family outreach and support for ESA/scholarship applications; track completion rates and coordinate campaigns and incentives.
- Alumni Outcomes Initiative: Develop and manage alumni tracking, collect post-graduation data, and support marketing of success stories.
- Academic Data Tracking: Monitor benchmark assessments, track student performance data, and develop reports for school leaders.
- Enrollment & Admissions Support: Serve as a point of contact for prospective families, support recruitment efforts, and track engagement.
- Parent Referral Program: Manage referral tracking, communication, and incentive fulfillment to support enrollment growth.
- Re-Registration Support: Track retention metrics, support outreach campaigns, and manage incentives.
- Student Engagement Initiatives: Coordinate virtual engagement activities and support school culture-building efforts.
Minimum Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree, professional certificate, or higher education preferred
- Experience in operations, administrative support, or program coordination
- Demonstrated experience in office operations, clerical support, or team coordination (e.g., scheduling, communications, data tracking)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in standard office tools and systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems, data tracking tools)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
