As a Product Learning Senior Specialist in the SAP LeanIX & Signavio Product Enablement Team, your primary objective is to drive product enablement with a strong focus on promoting best practice-usage of SAP Signavio and its interplay with SAP LeanIX and other tools that support SAP customers’ business transformations. You actively contribute to the enablement strategy, and drive and deliver the creation of scalable knowledge and enablement assets to increase high adoption of our products across customers, partners, employees.

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
• Be the person to go for SAP Signavio product best practices and thought leadership in the field of a value-driven business process transformation
• Collaborate with colleagues on improving our joint approach for business transformation together with enterprise architecture management (SAP LeanIX), solution implementation (SAP Cloud ALM) and digital adoption (WalkMe)
• Identify enablement needs from customers, partners, employees on SAP Signavio products and use cases in the context of business transformation and beyond
• Standardize and scale learnings from customer engagements internally and externally
• Create scalable assets and training material and setup training systems to showcase how to drive value-driven business process transformation
• Execute expert trainings on how to apply SAP Signavio in the context of business transformation for SAP internal stakeholders and at global customer events
• Bring existing enablement formats to the next level, e.g., hands-on sessions, virtual 1:many support
• Identify product improvement ideas and loop back to the SAP Signavio and LeanIX Product Teams

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Expert in business process management methodology and deep expertise of a leading tool in the market, with at least four years of experience
• Good understanding of key customer processes (e.g. P2P, O2C, etc.) and their typical improvement potentials
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and role of business process management and enterprise architecture in transformation programs
• Experience in delivering enablement/training to larger audiences
• Confidence in communicating to stakeholders from all levels
• Capability to describe and demonstrate complex methodological interdependencies and tools in an easy-to-understand way
• Personality with a "challenger" mindset who is safeguarding SAP Signavio standards and doesn't shy away from tough conversations to drive methodology and best practices
• Highly empathic individual with excellent people and stakeholder management skills
• Team player and leader who can drive highly strategic topics autonomously, and ensure to connect the dots to other teams
• Excellent project management and organizational skill

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 107300 - 182500(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
