We are seeking a Product Manager to join our CRM team. Every day you will make a difference in the lives of others by supporting the day-to-day operations and performance infrastructure for Salesforce-based products serving the Enrollment Center. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager and embedded into the Salesforce team, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining operational dashboards and reporting; supporting staff workforce allocation and data management; conducting fraud review; and collaborating with Business Analysts on system change requests. Your role may expand over time to include other products integrated into Salesforce to create greater efficiency and support within the Enrollment Center.

Communication and partnership are central to your success. You will work closely with Enrollment Center leadership, CRM analysts, and Business Analysts to ensure operational needs are clearly understood and translated into effective system solutions. A key partner outside the Enrollment Center is the marketing team, whose communications work is closely tied to enrollment operations. You will be expected to build trust across all stakeholder groups and approach every engagement—regardless of scope—with a strategic mindset and an awareness of the broader enrollment picture.

While not all responsibilities begin on day one, we expect that you will grow into a trusted strategic partner to the Enrollment Center by contributing to cross-functional initiatives that support enrollment growth, building deep institutional knowledge, and becoming a go-to resource for system-informed decision making.

NOTE: This is an in-person, hybrid position. You must be able to reliably commute to Scottsdale, AZ.

Essential Duties:

Salesforce Operations

  • Build and maintain working knowledge of Salesforce objects, configurations, and workflows supporting the Enrollment Center; develop increasing depth and independence over time.

  • Leverage Salesforce data to support staff workforce allocation and database management, including load balancing across funnels, and record updates related to new hires, departures, and portfolio adjustments.

Dashboards, Reporting & Workflow Optimization

  • Create, manage, and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports that provide Enrollment Center leadership with timely visibility into staff activity, workload distribution, and enrollment funnel performance.

  • Support the implementation of automation logic and outreach sequencing frameworks within Salesforce to reduce manual processing and improve operational efficiency; identify friction points and surface process improvement recommendations to leadership.

Fraud Review & Risk Mitigation

  • Execute fraud review activities within Salesforce and assist in managing automated processes used to detect, escalate, and remediate fraudulent or non-compliant applications.

Stakeholder Communication & Partnership

  • Maintain proactive communication with Enrollment Center leadership, CRM analysts, and Business Analysts to ensure all parties are informed and aligned as system changes and operational updates move forward.

  • Partner with the marketing team and other cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate communications and ensure alignment when changes impact downstream processes or outreach activities.

  • Serve as a reliable operational resource for the Enrollment Center, building institutional knowledge and trust-based relationships that support long-term strategic partnership and enrollment growth.

General Responsibilities

  • Assume or coordinate other duties or projects as assigned or directed.

NOTE: This is an in-person, hybrid position. You must be able to reliably commute to Scottsdale, AZ.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

  • Experience in a leadership, supervisory, or people management role within EdPlus, particularly supporting the Enrollment Center, Success Center, or a related operational area.

  • Experience participating in business initiatives, process improvement efforts, or cross-functional projects that influenced system or operational changes.

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Salesforce from a user or business stakeholder perspective, including experience navigating reports, dashboards, or workflows in support of day-to-day operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across operational leaders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners, with a track record of building trust and maintaining alignment across stakeholder groups.

  • Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking, with the ability to connect operational decisions to broader goals and contribute meaningfully to enrollment growth initiatives.

  • Experience with project coordination or project management in a business or operational context.

  • Evidence of familiarity with operational reporting or performance dashboards in a business operations context.

  • Demonstrated familiarity with fraud review, risk mitigation, or quality assurance processes.

  • This position is only open to current employees of the Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR) system, which includes Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, and the University of Arizona.

NOTE: Please answer the following questions in your cover letter:

  • Describe your experience working within Salesforce or a similar CRM platform in a business or operational capacity. How did you use the system to support day-to-day operations, and what was your role in any system changes or improvements that resulted from your work?

  • Tell us about a time you served as a bridge between an operational team and a technical team or cross-functional partners. How did you ensure all stakeholders stayed informed and aligned, and what was the outcome?
