Who you are:

You have a proven track record of driving strategic, business-focused outcomes in a technical product environment.

  • You have 3+ years of Product Management experience focusing on B2B SaaS integrations, APIs, and data platforms.
  • You have 3+ years of experience managing features or systems where defining, measuring, and improving data integrity, scalability, and system reliability were primary responsibilities.
  • You are deeply familiar with complex enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, or Advancement Systems), understanding their data models and API limitations. Experience with Salesforce, Blackbaud, or similar platforms is highly valuable.
  • You can translate complex technical requirements related to API architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data synchronization into clear, prioritized business outcomes for engineering teams.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with effective influencing techniques to gain cross-functional support for your vision and strategy.
  • You have a clear track record of launching products that achieve measurable business objectives (e.g., increased platform stickiness, improved data integrity scores, reduced technical support burden).

What you’ll do:

  • Measure Strategic Impact: Define, measure, and communicate both business metrics (e.g., successful sync rate, integration adoption) and technical KPIs (e.g., pipeline throughput, cost efficiency) to demonstrate the value of the platform investments.

How you’ll contribute to the team:

  • Strategic Growth: You will be the key driver of platform stickiness and customer adoption by ensuring EverTrue seamlessly leverages the customer’s system of record (CRM).
