How you'll contribute to our mission
Frontline Education is seeking a Program Manager to build and evolve the shared Data & AI platform that powers the intelligence layer across our product ecosystem.
This role focuses on creating the foundational capabilities that allow information to move reliably across products and teams. Rather than owning a single application or feature area, you will guide the development of a platform that connects data across systems and enables teams to build intelligent workflows, predictive insights, and AI-assisted experiences that improve how schools operate.
You will work closely with engineering, architecture, and product leaders to unify information across Frontline’s products and transform that data into shared services that teams can build upon. These capabilities will power smarter automation, deeper insights, and new product experiences that help school and district leaders make better decisions.
This role is especially focused on 0 to 1 platform development. It requires a builder mindset and the ability to define product strategy, make durable system-level decisions, and deliver incremental value as the platform matures.
How you'll drive success
You will guide the strategy and evolution of Frontline’s shared Data & AI platform, ensuring it becomes the trusted intelligence layer that powers products across the ecosystem.

• Partnering with engineering and architecture leaders to design reliable data pipelines and services that enable information to flow across the platform
• Enabling teams to build new product capabilities using shared data services and intelligence capabilities rather than bespoke integrations
• Creating platform capabilities that allow AI-powered features such as predictive insights, intelligent automation, and AI-assisted workflows to be embedded across products
• Establishing clear standards for data governance, quality, and responsible access to ensure trust in the platform
• Designing systems that support both data producers and data consumers across the organization
• Helping teams discover and adopt shared intelligence capabilities so the platform becomes the natural foundation for new product development
• Delivering iterative improvements that unlock value quickly while building toward a long-term platform architecture
• Translating complex infrastructure into clear product capabilities that product teams and engineers can confidently build upon
• Ensuring the capabilities enabled by the platform ultimately improve real outcomes for the educators and administrators who rely on Frontline products

• Experience building the foundations required to support advanced data and AI capabilities across products
• Demonstrated success defining platform strategy and translating it into capabilities that teams adopt and build upon
• Experience working closely with engineering leaders to design scalable systems that support large-scale product ecosystems
• The ability to clearly explain how systems connect, how data moves across them, and how downstream capabilities rely on those flows
• A track record of introducing shared platform services that allowed teams to move faster and reduce duplicated effort
• Experience partnering with design, engineering, and business leaders to deliver aligned outcomes across the organization
