SUMMARY:
The Product Manager will lead a cross-functional team—including Product, UX, Engineering, and Data Science—to deliver seamless, end-to-end customer experiences by orchestrating capabilities across the Relias platform in alignment with our product strategy. 
 
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
  • Own the design, development, and delivery of cross-capability workflows that solve high-impact customer problems and differentiate Relias in the market 
  • Lead product discovery across verticals (e.g., Acute, Post-Acute, Behavioral Health) to understand how users navigate workflows that span multiple capabilities 
  • Orchestrate functionality across modular capabilities (e.g., Learning, Risk, Compliance) into seamless user journeys that deliver meaningful outcomes 
  • Align product investments with company-wide strategies for integration, platform expansion, and customer retention 
  • Analyze data to generate insights from current product performance and inform key user metrics 
  • Define and monitor success metrics for workflows, tying feature adoption to customer outcomes, risk reduction, and operational efficiency 
  • Plan development milestones with Scrum team, ensuring stakeholder alignment and achievement of business outcomes 
  • Provide business and market context to the development team 
  • Prioritize the development team’s backlog  
  • Engage with clients to obtain and implement feedback   
  • Create detailed requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria 
  • Drive refinement and sprint planning activities 
  • Facilitate and perform demos for both technical and business stakeholders 
  • Create product documentation including release notes, FAQ’s and Launch Briefs 
  • Participate in the commercialization and go-to-market activities for Relias products, features, and acquisition migrations 
  • Contribute to improving product management best practices for Relias platform  
  • Other duties as assigned. 
 
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
  • 2+ years of experience in product management in SaaS and/or healthcare industry 
  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively, assessing risks and data to inform decisions and trade-offs  
  • Proven ability to think in terms of user journeys and outcomes, connecting discrete tools into cohesive workflows that drive measurable impact 
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship. 
  • Experience with agile development process, UX, and customer discovery  
  • Experience with feature planning, business planning and go-to-market of new products 
  • Understanding of business requirements of internal functions like Sales, Engineering and Marketing 
  • Understanding of platform technologies, APIs, and orchestration patterns used to build connected product ecosystems 
  • Can-do attitude with ability to deliver results independently under minimal supervision and drive results across cross-functional teams 
  • Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders around a cohesive product vision and execution plan 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid presentation skills, and proven track record of leading effective meetings 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve results through influence 
 
EDUCATION REQUIRED (MINIMUM REQUIRED)  
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
 
EDUCATION PREFERRED
· Degree in computer science, technical discipline, or healthcare specialty

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:
Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30 days/quarter.
