Wilson Language training is growing and is looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager on a contract basis. This role is anticipated to be 6 months in duration.
The Product Marketing Manager (contract) Will lead the execution of the tactical elements of product marketing activities to support product launches, drive customer engagement, and enhance product adoption over a 6-month period. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can work cross-functionally to implement product marketing plans, develop assets, manage timelines, and ensure marketing materials are delivered on time and meet high standards. You’ll focus on the practical aspects of go-to-market efforts, supporting sales teams, producing collateral, and tracking performance to ensure initiatives achieve their goals.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Execute go-to-market plans: Manage and implement product marketing campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly from launch through post-launch activities, while meeting timelines and business objectives.
  • Manage product launches and support: Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful launch and ongoing support of products, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and to standard.
  • Drive product messaging and positioning: Partner with product and other teams to craft compelling product messaging that differentiates Wilson’s offerings and resonates with customers.
  • Develop and produce marketing collateral: Create and maintain sales enablement materials, promotional content (such as one pagers, brochures, videos, website copy), and product updates to support both internal teams and customer-facing initiatives.
  • Internal training and support: Equip internal teams with the knowledge and resources to ensure consistent messaging and effective customer interactions.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in a product marketing role, preferably with a focus on tactical execution.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging content for various audiences.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing materials and resources.
  • Prior experience in the educational market is a plus.

Education or Certification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar relevant field OR equivalent experience.

Anticipated salary: $135,000-155,000.
