The Product Research Analyst will be part of the product organization in the Real Estate ecosystem and become THE expert in ALL THINGS real estate market and product, so we are seeking an ambitious fast learner who wants to go grab all the data and put it into formats that provide value to the business.  The ideal candidate will want to solve problems for others on the team and drive visibility into the data that matters, while operating with autonomy and velocity.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Research Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market, customer, product, and learner/experience research to drive informed decision-making and enhance the overall success of our real estate education products and portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research methodologies, data analysis, and a passion for understanding market dynamics and customer behaviors.

What You'll Do

  • Market Level Research and Insights: Conduct Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM), and Share of Market (SOM) analyses, develop competitive profiles and assess market dynamics, including macro trends influencing the real estate education industry, generate market share reports to identify key players and track industry trends, stay abreast of relevant topics and trends in the real estate market.
  • Customer Research and Insights: analyze purchase drivers and conduct willingness-to-pay assessments, investigate renewal drivers and assess factors influencing renewals/cancellations, mplement market surveys, including MaxDiff and Conjoint analyses, to gain insights into customer preferences.
  • Research and Insights: Set up tracking mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of product launches, run experiments to assess the impact of changes on achieving target results.
  • Learner/Experience Research and Insights: Track and enhance pass rates through continuous research initiatives, monitor completion rates and identify strategies for improvement, map customer sentiment to enhance the overall learner experience, analyze platform usage information, conduct user pilots, and provide insights for enhancements.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, related field, or relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in market research, product research, and/or user experience research. - 2-4 years
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills. - advanced Excel skills
  • Proficient in research methodologies, data analysis tools, and survey techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present research findings effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
