The Product Training Specialist develops and delivers training on the organization's software and products. This role also creates content and tools that support automated training for new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Learn new and existing software by collaborating with product, project, and development teams.
  2. Create and maintain LMS training materials, including multimedia courses, guides, visuals, quizzes, and step-by-step instructions.
  3. Follow established training and adult-learning best practices.
  4. Identify training needs through meetings, surveys, and assessments.
  5. Develop standalone teaching materials and learning resources.
  6. Train employees on software applications, phone systems, products, policies, and daily procedures.
  7. Lead presentations, workshops, and structured training sessions.
  8. Support new-hire onboarding and ongoing employee skill development.
  9. Build simulations and problem-solving scenarios.
  10. Assist with large-scale training and quality-assurance initiatives.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance when handling medical records.
  12. Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Education, Training, HR, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with online collaboration platforms (e.g., Trello, Teams, Dropbox, OneDrive, Slack, Planner).
  • Intermediate–advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
